Corporate Events at Hagley Hall

Hagley Hall, the 18th Century home of Lord & Lady Cobham, provides unlimited possibilities for the corporate client. The hall is located only 10 miles from Birmingham city centre, making us an ideal venue for corporate events if you want a change of scenery and wish to see some of the beautiful rural areas of Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

Set in 250 acres of spectacular landscaped parkland the Hall, with its ornate State rooms and rich Rococo décor, offers a splendid and unique corporate event venue perfect for any corporate function.

And since Hagley Hall is not a hotel we do not have to worry about the needs of other clients so we can truly offer you an exclusive service and pay attention to your every need.

Hagley Hall has a selection of State Rooms available for receptions and banquets.

Enter the Hall via the impressive Perron steps and enjoy champagne and canapés in the White Hall, serenaded by a string quartet or even a solo pianist on the Family’s baby grand piano. The Hall is flooded with sunlight and its wonderful arched lobby and scagliola figures of the Gods (including Bacchus and Venus) give a perfect welcome for your important guests.

Another grand feature of our corporate event venue is the Saloon, with its ornate architecture, and offers the most beautiful and historic setting with quintessentially English views of the village church and cricket ground. The magnificent double doors open from the White Hall to the Saloon giving you more space for your event if required. Capable of seating up to 60, the Saloon can be made available for dining on request.

If you are hosting a reception-style event for up to 250 people, the Long Gallery with its breath-taking chandeliers and enchanting views of the Deer Park make for a spectacular setting. The exquisitely decorated room with its oyster coloured silken wall coverings can cater for up to 110 guests in banquet style, and is superbly lavish in both style and decor.

For smaller corporate parties the richly decorated Crimson Dining Room, overlooking the front lawn and beyond to the rolling hills of Worcestershire, is ideal for intimate dining for up to 28 people.

The Orangery

New for Summer 2024 and from Spring 2025, we have collaborated with Fews marquees to create a breathtaking and unique experience for a product launch, conference, awards ceremony or corporate event with the extra wow factor! The Orangery will be exclusive to Hagley Hall and be situated adjacent to the Hall itself. It can hold up to 450 guests and is flooded with natural light, allowing you and your party to have 360 degree panoramic views of Hagley Hall, St Johns Church and Deer Park.
