Hagley Hall Wins at the Midland Asian Wedding Awards 2016

The inaugural Midland Asian Wedding Awards 2016 was held on 28th October at the Vox Conference Centre at the NEC Birmingham and saw all the prominent and leading figures in the Asian wedding industry in attendance.

The venue was a picture of opulence with guests, winners, hosts and judges dressed to the nines. In true Asian wedding style, the night began with a dhol drumming performance and bhangra dancing and culminated in a stand up performance from the writer and comic Abdullah Afzal from the hit show Citizen Khan.

We were thrilled when Hagley Hall won Best Alternative Venue 2016 against strong competition including Ragley Hall and Stoneleigh Abbey. Team members Richard Patching, Head of Operations and Kate Oliver, Marketing Consultant were there to collect the award on the night.

And to know that the public played a part in the voting reassures us that we are providing a service that is greatly desired and more importantly working really well.”

The Asian Wedding sector is booming business for the Midlands and there is a multitude of choice for Asian couples wanting to tie the knot.
