Facing Challenges Creating Opportunities

Four highly renowned food and drink industry experts spoke at this year’s annual HEART of ENGLAND fine foods (HEFF) regional food and drink conference which took place at Hagley Hall in Worcestershire on Thursday 14 July and focused on ‘Facing Challenges and Creating Opportunities’.

Attendees were inspiried by the speakers this year who were James Averdieck, founder and MD of Gü, Edward Perry, co-founder of COOK, John Taylerson of Maylesbury Syrups and Arthur Potts Dawson, co-founder and executive chef of The People’s Supermarket as seen on Channel 4.

The conference was open to all professionals involved in the industry including producers, retailers and hospitality and food service providers and gave valuable learning opportunities for all delegates.

F.I.N.D also marked the launch of a range of new services to be offered by HEFF to further assist its members and others working in the food and drink industry.
