The perfect setting, for your special day
Home · The Hall
“I inherited the task of running the House in 2007 following the death of my elder brother, John, in 2006. “We feel the Hall, its collections, the family and the community are all intertwined and it is important for our mutual heritage that, as far as possible, all these vital connections are maintained. “Today, the House is largely occupied with earning its living as a venue for entertainment which, after all is said and done, is not so far removed from the original intention of my ancestor, George Lyttelton. “We, the family, welcome all of you who want to share the beauty of this place either in quiet contemplation when we are open to the public or as a participant in any of the many functions that take place throughout the year.” – 12th Viscount Cobham
