We understand how important it is to plan your budget for your big day. To help, we’ve outlined our exclusive hire fees below so you can quickly see the cost of hiring Hagley Hall and exactly what is included for your investment.

January, February, March, April, October and November 2026

• Monday* to Thursday: £5,500.00
• Friday: £6,500.00
• Saturday & Sunday: £7,500.00

May, June, July, August, September and December 2026 (Prime Season)

• Monday* to Thursday: £6,200.00
• Friday: £7,200.00
• Saturday & Sunday: £8,200.00

January, February, March, April, October and November 2027

• Monday* to Thursday: £6,000.00
• Friday: £7000.00
• Saturday & Sunday: £8000.00

May, June, July, August, September and December 2027 (Prime Season)

• Monday* to Thursday: £6,500.00
• Friday: £7,500.00
• Saturday & Sunday: £8,500.00

* Please note Bank Holidays are priced at the same rate as Saturdays in prime season.

Exclusive Wedding Hire Charges include:

• Exclusive use of this unique venue for ten hours up to midnight. Additional hours available and charged at standard hourly rate.
• Our experienced Hospitality Manager to help organise your wedding from start to finish
• Maître d’ to co-ordinate your day so that it all runs smoothly
• Photographic opportunity in State Rooms, terrace and grounds (weather permitting)
• Use of the Lyttelton family antique silver cake stand and knife
• Dedicated dancing area
• Fully staffed bar
• Antique-style chairs & trestle tables both round and rectangular
• Use of Bridal and Grooms Suites to change and pamper – additional surcharge
